1.  Reaction Principle of HCN Synthesis 

The synthesis of hydrocyanic acid by ammonia oxidation of natural gas, ammonia, natural gas and air through a certain ratio, under the action of platinum-rhodium alloy mesh catalyst, ammonia oxidation reaction occurs at 1050-1180℃ to obtain hydrocyanic acid, the main reaction：

The main production processes includes: air preheating, natural gas preheating, liquid ammonia preheating, HCN synthesis, flare system, tail gas incineration, etc.
