Synthesis of HCN by Methanol Ammoxidation

1.   Reaction Principle of HCN Synthesis 

In this method, raw methanol, liquid ammonia and air are put into a fixed bed reactor after heating and gasification in a certain proportion. The reaction temperature is controlled at 350 ℃ - 500 ℃. The main reactions are as follows：

The main production processes include: liquid ammonia vaporization, preheating and mixing, HCN reaction, deamination, tail gas incineration and other operation processes.
