Screw Reactor

By adjusting the screw speed or changing the screw structure to control the shear force of the reactant during the reaction process, the reaction is generated. At the same time, it also has the function of mixing and conveying, so that the reaction can be carried out continuously.

It is applicable to heterogeneous reactions containing solid materials     

or producing solid materials.

It is suitable for reactions involving high viscosity fluids.
